The Stillroom is the orchard’s chemistry; the petals, hips, volatile oils, aromatics and small plant materials that move from stem to hand through steeping, distillation, drying and quiet domestic alchemy. This room gathers the ways roses become scent, infusion, remedy, dye and the household knowledge carried in petal, leaf and fruit.
