The Stillroom is the orchard’s chemistry; the leaves, skins, tannins, aromatics and small plant materials that move from tree to hand through simmering, steeping, drying and quiet domestic alchemy. This room gathers the ways fruit trees become scent, infusion, remedy, dye and household knowledge.
